Absolutely. You do not need any previous breathwork experience. Project Reset is designed to meet you exactly where you are. You’ll be guided through the practice step by step, with no expectation that you already know what to do.

What if I don’t know what I need?

Project Reset provides a space to slow down, breathe, and listen. You don't need to arrive with an intention, a breakthrough you're looking for, or a perfectly articulated reason for being here. Sometimes we spend so much time trying to figure out what's wrong that we forget to simply notice what is. You can start there.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Dress for comfort and ease of movement. We spend time sitting and lying on the floor, and restrictive clothing can make it more difficult to breathe comfortably and fully. Choose clothing that allows your body to move and expand naturally.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Your reservation guarantees you a dedicated space with a mat and blanket provided at the studio. You’re welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable while lying down, such as an extra blanket, pillow, eye mask, or layers. Bring water to stay hydrated.

Should I eat beforehand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A light snack or meal beforehand is okay, but we recommend avoiding a heavy meal immediately before your session. When possible, allow about 2 hours for digestion after a full meal.
