Cancellation & Attendance
Your reservation is a commitment to yourself—and a space held specifically for you. Our Reset Circles are thoughtfully curated, and when a class is full, someone else may be waiting for that space. We ask that you honor your reservation and give us as much notice as possible when plans change.
Eligible cancellations receive a class credit for future use. Project Reset does not offer refunds.
Single Classes & Packages
Waitlists & "Life Happens"
24+ hours before class: Cancel through your booking account and your class credit will be returned. Less than 24 hours / No-show: Your class credit will be forfeited.
If a Reset Circle is full, join the waitlist. When a space opens, it may be offered to the next person waiting.

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. While our cancellation policy still applies, Project Reset may make exceptions at our discretion when circumstances warrant. Our goal is to protect the space, time, and energy that goes into creating each Reset Circle and Reset Session—and to make sure those spaces remain available to the people who are ready to show up.
Memberships
24+ hours before class: Reschedule through your booking account with no fee. Less than 24 hours / No-show: A $15 fee will be automatically charged.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of reservation privileges or membership cancellation.
