Service Description
A guided group breathwork experience using activating breathwork (conscious connected breathing) to help you slow down, reconnect, and create space to process what you’ve been carrying—or may not yet have the words to name. Whether you know exactly what you need or simply know something needs to change, you’ll reset alongside like-minded individuals in a supportive community.

Cancellation Policy
Here at Project Reset, we get that life happens. Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Your Membership Credit or Fee Paid will be made available for a future class. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or don't show up to a booked class, that Class Credit or Fee Paid is forfeited. Waitlist automatically form when a class is fully booked. In the event of an opening, waitlist members will be notified in the order they joined the waitlist and will have 15 minutes to book before the opening is passed on to the next member in line. Doors Open 15 minutes prior to class start time and close promptly 5 minutes after the class start time.
