Service Description
A private, personalized breathwork experience for whatever you’re carrying—or may not yet have the words to name. Using activating breathwork (conscious connected breathing), we create space to slow down, reconnect, and process what may be beneath the surface, whether you’re navigating burnout, caregiving, grief, chronic illness, or simply feeling like something needs to change. Reset + Me is intentionally personalized. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all format, the session may vary depending on what you’re moving through, what you need that day, and how your body responds to the practice. Your facilitator will decide on utilizing a restorative or activating breath practice after a short consultation to access how to best support you.
Cancellation Policy
Reset + Me Sessions can be booked 24+ hours prior to your desired session date/time. Here at Project Reset, we get that life happens. Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Your Membership Credit or Fee Paid will be made available for a future session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or don't show up to a booked session, that Session Credit or Fee Paid is forfeited.
